Invokana Pricing slashed via The Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company

The Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company has announced that they have entered into a contract with JanssenUS, a subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson, to distribute Invokana, an important anti-diabetic drug. They are quoting a price of $243.90 for 30 tabs of the drug; and $244.20 for 60 tabs of Invokamet and Invokamet XR. Currently, the plan cost for most CCRx clients for this drug is about $475. Several of CCRx’s preferred PBM partners are looking to add Mark Cuban’s pharmacy to their network in the near future, so more updates will follow. This is a major development for the Mark Cuban company as in the past they were only able to supply generic drugs.
